Goal of Parent's Handbook on Gangs:
Create opportunities for parents to participate in the early intervention of gang-involvement with their youth.
Objectives of Parent's Handbook on Gangs:
• Parent's Handbook: Familiarize parents with the handbook's history, approach and usage
• Early Gang Identifications: Train parents to recognize the general characteristics of gang signs and symbols at onset.
• Getting Help: Train parents how to get help for their youth.
